01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the cf777 platform, operated under an international gaming licence ("cf777", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise interacting with any part of the cf777 website or related services, you ("User", "Player", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms without modification.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the cf777 platform. Continued use of cf777 after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

cf777 is required to verify the age and identity of all users before processing any withdrawal. Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification requires submission of a valid government-issued identification document (such as a CNIC for Pakistani players), proof of address, and in certain cases proof of payment method ownership. cf777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility criteria cannot be confirmed to cf777's satisfaction.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on cf777. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances held in the duplicate accounts.

When registering on cf777, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. cf777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cf777 login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your cf777 account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your account.
• You must notify cf777 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account via the live chat support channel.
• cf777 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits are credited to your cf777 PKR balance and all withdrawals are processed in PKR unless otherwise specified for crypto transactions.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

cf777 may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• cf777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus at any time where it reasonably suspects abuse, exploitation, or breach of promotional terms.
• Winnings generated exclusively from free spins or free bets are capped at the amount stated in the relevant promotion terms unless no cap is specified.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your cf777 account. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all wagering activity unless your account balance consists solely of bonus funds.

06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

In the event of a disputed result, the ruling of the relevant sports governing body shall be final and binding on cf777's settlement decision.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cf777. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently terminated, all balances forfeited, and the activity reported to cf777's licensing authority and relevant law enforcement agencies where appropriate.

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other account process.
• Using any form of software, script, bot, crawler, or automation tool in connection with gameplay, wagering, or account management on cf777.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the cf777 platform, software, or infrastructure.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the cf777 platform — including but not limited to the cf777 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game content, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of cf777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cf777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any cf777 content without prior written consent from cf777.
• Use the cf777 name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context, affiliate marketing, or third-party website without a formal written licence agreement with cf777.
• Create derivative works based on cf777 platform content, game mechanics, or interface design.
• Frame or mirror any part of the cf777 website on any other website or platform without prior written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cf777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the cf777 platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

cf777's total cumulative liability to any individual player arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the cf777 platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your cf777 account at the time the claim arises.

• cf777 does not warrant that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times.
• cf777 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages outside cf777's control.
• Gaming outcomes, including wins and losses, are determined by certified RNG or live dealer mechanics and are not subject to manipulation by cf777. cf777 accepts no liability for individual gaming outcomes.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

cf777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where cf777 reasonably determines that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to cf777.
• cf777 is required to close the account by order of its licensing authority or any competent regulatory body.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a confirmed breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via the payment method on record, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not refundable upon closure.

12 Amendments to These Terms

cf777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, cf777 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their cf777 account or via a prominent notice on the cf777 platform, providing at least seven (7) days' notice before the revised Terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or by cf777's licensing authority.

Your continued use of cf777 after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the cf777 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cf777 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and cf777, you agree to first contact cf777's customer support team via the live chat channel to attempt resolution informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within fourteen (14) days, either party may escalate the matter to cf777's licensing authority in accordance with the complaint procedures published on cf777's licensing authority's official website.

cf777 does not accept jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for disputes arising from the use of the cf777 platform. By using cf777 you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction specified by cf777's international gaming licence for the resolution of all disputes.
